How long does delivery take?

10-20 working days
During promotional periods, delivery may take slightly longer than you are used to. Working days refer to all days except Sundays, public holidays and days when tropical cyclone warning signals are in effect.
In addition, please note that we are unable to provide scheduled delivery services. No changes to the delivery address will be accepted after the order is confirmed.

The delivery time of your order may be affected by the following reasons (including but not limited to), and our customer service will notify you as soon as possible:
Bad weather
During promotional periods, delivery may take longer than expected
Wrong or incomplete delivery address provided
If one or more items in your order are out of stock, our customer service team will contact you and process your order cancellation and refund.
How much does delivery cost?
We currently provide free delivery for all orders.
If we cannot contact you after two consecutive delivery attempts, your order will be automatically cancelled and the amount will be refunded to your account.
How can I check the status of my order or delivery?
You can check the status of your order through the “Order Tracking” page.
Why can’t my order be shipped?
There are several reasons why we may not be able to deliver your order. Here are some possible reasons:
The item you ordered is out of stock.
You live in a remote area and we cannot deliver to that area.
The delivery address you specified is a PO Box. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
There may have been a payment issue when you placed your order.
What if I received the wrong item?
If you have placed an order with us and received the wrong item, please contact us and we will assist you with a return and refund. If you received the wrong size, you can return the item and place a new order with us.
What if I did not receive my parcel?
